Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. Tacoma Alumnae Rhoer Advisors mentor, motivate, and inspire young ladies ages 12 to 18 in leadership development, academic counseling, personal counseling, mentoring, community service, and rites of passage.

Rhoer Club members are challenged to pursue their dreams, achieve high scholastic standards, and advance in their personal and professional pursuits.

Rhoers participate in many of the activities of the sorority as well as special youth development programs.
