Calling on students in middle and high school to take part in free hands on activities to improve financial and STEM skills.
Event Details:
- Youth Symposium 2.0 Welcome - 9:30 am [Cafeteria/Student Center: BLDG 11, Room 156]
- Fitness Intro - 10:00 am
- Interactive Workshops - 10:10 am to 1:50 pm
- Lunch at 12:00 pm & 12:30 pm
- Youth Symposium 2.0 Closing & Thank You 1:50 pm to 2:00 pm
Workshops:
- Money Matters - Financial Wellness with Sound Credit Union in BLDG 20, Room 105
- Mental Health - Forgiveness & Confidence Coaching with Elona Kearney in BLDG 11, Senate Room 119
- STEM: Planaterium - Museum of Flight located in BLDG 20, Auxiliary Gym
- STEM: University of Washington located in BLDG 20, Room 132
Students will be assigned to workshops upon arrival. All participants will need to complete and sign the Athletic Event Participation Waiver and Waiver & Publicity Release Form to participate.
