About the Event

Let's get Centennial Ready! 

The Women’s Wellness comittee presents ZPS Biggest Loser Challenge. Let’s commit to weight loss, toning up, and/or incorporating a healthier lifestyle. 

Here are the rules:

1. Participants will commit to measuring progress through the loss of inches or body fat percentage. (measure chest, upper arm, waist, hip, thighs, and neck)

2. Commit to physical activity at least 2-3 times a week.

3. Submit your inches/percentages by the 8 PM January  2nd and your final numbers by June 25th 8 PM.

4. Food Consumption-Not Eating Will Not Be Allowed.

5. Weight loss supplements cannot be used.

6. The challenge begins Sunday, Jan 2nd. The final submission will be submitted on June 25th.

7. Let’s motivate each other by uploading our pics of healthy food, water consumption goals, physical activity, and etc.

8. Winner will receive a prize at the end of the challenge. TBD
