Project Cradle Care Virtual Diaper Fundraiser

The Tacoma Alumnae Chapter is kicking off it's Project Cradle Care campaign by sharing our virtual diaper fundraiser! Funds raised will benefit the Pierce County Diaper Bank Network. Each month, the Golden 22 Foundation and other diaper bank partners within Pierce County support families with needed diapers, wipes, diaper cream, and formula. 1 in 3 families struggle with diaper needs nationwide.

We need your support! The goal is to raise $1,000 by January 20, 2024, to support the long-term sustainability of diaper bank partners who serve families in Pierce County.

What is Project Cradle Care?

Project Cradle Care is one of Sigma Gamma Rho's five essential programs. This essential program is designed to raise awareness of the disparate and inequitable maternal and infant health outcomes Black women endure through community outreach, advocacy, education, and implicit bias training.
